Managing sites
Email deliverability
The app shows how a site's transactional email is performing — how much it's sending and how well it's being delivered — under the site's Domain & Email area.
What you can see
- Today's usage against the site's current daily sending allowance
- Delivery health — recent deliveries, bounces, and complaints
- Trend over the last several days
Sending allowances and warm-up
To protect inbox placement and prevent abuse, a sender's daily allowance starts modest and grows as it builds a track record of healthy delivery. This warm-up is automatic — you don't configure it — and the app shows the current allowance and how it's ramping. A brand-new site can send from day one; the ceiling rises as delivery proves out.
Why sending can be limited
If a site tries to send beyond its current allowance, or if its delivery health degrades (too many bounces or complaints), sending is throttled to protect the domain's reputation. The email area is where you'd spot that and understand why.
For agencies
An agency's sites share a portfolio-wide view of sending and reputation, with per-site limits to contain any one site — see the agency email and reputation tooling.
