Plans & billing

A standalone site's plan and payment are managed in the app under the site's Plan area. If you operate as an agency, billing works differently — it's centralized at the agency, and per-site billing controls are hidden (see Agencies → Billing).

Plans

Sites run on one of three tiers — Free, Pro, and Business — with higher tiers unlocking more capabilities (the capabilities overview notes which features are tier-gated). You upgrade or change a plan from the app.

Payment

Checkout happens inline in the app — you don't get bounced out to a separate portal. Plan changes use a preview-then-confirm flow so you see exactly what a change costs before it applies.

Pricing and currency

Prices are shown in the local currency for the site's country where supported, otherwise in US dollars. There's no currency picker — the currency is derived automatically, and it locks in on the first charge. Taxes and receipts are handled for you.

Agency sites

Sites owned by an agency don't carry their own plan or payment — they're part of the agency's portfolio and billed centrally. The per-site plan and billing controls simply don't appear on those sites. See Agencies → Billing for how agency billing works.
