White-label

White-label lets an agency run the platform under its own brand — clients sign in to your app on your hostname, styled with your branding. It's optional; an agency can run on the standard platform hostname from day one and turn white-label on later.

Your own app hostname

Point a hostname you own — say app.youragency.com — at the platform, and your clients use the app there. SSL is provisioned automatically, and the app recognizes the agency from the hostname, so the browser stays on your domain throughout. You set this up in the agency console under Settings.

Your branding

The app and client-facing emails carry your brand:

  • Agency name
  • Logo (light and dark) and favicon
  • Primary color

This applies across the dashboard your clients see and the emails they receive, so the experience feels like your product.

What stays Acira

White-label is partial by design. A small "Powered by Acira AI" line and links to Acira's legal, terms, and privacy remain, because Acira is the actual platform and data processor behind the sites — fully hiding that would misrepresent who's responsible for the data. So you get your brand front-and-center, with the underlying platform acknowledged rather than concealed.

Setting it up

Configure your hostname and branding in the agency console. Once the hostname is verified and SSL is live, your clients can be pointed at your branded app. Branding changes take effect across the app and outgoing emails.
